Film Screening: Fioretta.
Date: Sunday November 15, 2026 Time: 10:00am-1:00pm
Family History-obsessed E Randol Schoenberg takes his reluctant teenage son on the journey through time and space, to reclaim 500 years of their family story.
Traveling from their home in Malibu, California, Randy (who you may remember as the lawyer portrayed by Ryan Reynolds in Woman in Gold) and his son, Joey navigate centuries of Jewish history as they travel across Austria, Italy and the Czech Republic to track down their elusive ancestors. Along the way they meet a memorable cast of characters who guide them towards their ultimate goal - to find the final resting place of the family’s matriarch, Fioretta, buried five centuries ago in a Jewish cemetery in Venice.
