Abraham & David Benjamin

Abraham and David Benjamin were successful businessman on either side of the Tasman. Abraham established the Benjamin Jewelery Company in 1880. It is still trading on Collins Street today. David Benjamin, who changed his surname to THeomin, after his father’s family in Prussia, established the Dresden (renamed Bristol) Pianoforte Company in Dunedin NZ.
